…was how Neil Hamilton (AKA world’s cleverest man) announced the launch of Simmal’s 2009 customer service survey recently.
This is a telephone based speed survey, designed using gap analysis to highlight areas causing issues. All customers completing will be entered into a prize draw details will be posted here of the winners and the survey outcome by the end of August

Chinese Puzzle
Old Chinese proverb say 4” nail into 3” batten no good idea Johnny. Such was the scene that greeted Simmal personnel when visiting a company buying from the Far East recently. Showcasing Eastern dedication to quality backed with a full understanding of the end use, saw a 4” nail driven through a 3” batten, through the packaging subsequently piercing the visible face of the section. Old English proverb say, the bitter after taste of poor service and quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten
