New phone system rings the changes

People ringing the Home of Aluminium recently will have noticed a welcome change, out has gone the old bakelite phone system, and in comes the new with DDI, VOIP, ISDN, AWOL, RSVP, ACDC and ESPN amongst many other acronyms.

Purchasing supremo Chris Lever managed a seamless transition shortly after Christmas and the benefits with dedicated direct department numbers and effective call management have already been well received by customers and suppliers.
