Cutting
We are able to cut most products to the length you require. You can check this against individual products when entering your length requirements prior to adding to basket. For web store orders we are able to cut to +/-0.5mm. We are also able to cut to tighter tolerances under certain circumstances; please call click here for details.
Payments
What payments do you offer?
All payments are taken online using RBS Worldpay to give customers confidence in the security of the site. You can use any credit or debit card allowed by RBS Worldpay. We will call you if there are any issues processing your payment.Can I pay in cash?
We are currently unable to offer reservation of items online for cash payments. If you wish to pay in cash, please call click here for details and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

When will I receive my order?
Under normal circumstances all products will be delivered by courier or using our own transport fleet within five working days. We will contact you by telephone or email should there be any issues processing your order.Can I get it quicker?

Returns and Exchanges
Are you able to exchange or refund purchases?
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if we receive the returned product within seven working days of purchase. Unfortunately, carriage is not included in the refund and we reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee where appropriate. Please return goods with your name, address and order number clearly noted, along with the reason for return, and we will contact you. We recommend using recorded delivery to avoid any confusion if products are lost in the post.My product has arrived damaged. What should I do?
